Product Warranty
The warranty period is the period during which the customer, upon discovering a defect in the goods, is entitled to demand that the seller or the manufacturer take action to remedy the defect. The seller must remove the defect unless it is proven that it was caused by the buyer's failure to comply with the regulations.
When does the warranty start?
- from the time the goods are handed over to the customer, unless the contract specifies otherwise;
- if it is not possible to establish the day of purchase, the warranty is valid from the date of manufacture.
- the manufacturer's service centre takes care of the defects of the goods;
- exchange for a similar product with a surcharge.
